HEALTH & SAFETY

European Roofing Systems Limited ("ERS") is involved at the earliest stage of the cladding design envelope to remove any major hazards in both the build phase and the maintenance of the envelope system.

ERS designs structural edge protection systems wherever possible to allow the erection of roofing and wall cladding to be carried out simultaneously.

Our contracts staff are fully trained and experienced in health and safety, working at height etc. and are certified as approved personnel for site craneage and lifting operations.

All site personnel and management have the relevant CSCS accreditation, fully trained and certified for MEWPs and all other plant and equipment used on our sites.

All our site operations, systems etc. are independently audited by an independent external safety consultant who also keeps us updated with new or revised health and safety issues, regulations and systems of working.

All our works are carried out in accordance with our job specific method statements and risk assessments.

Wherever possible at design stage ERS promote the use of environmentally friendly materials which can be recycled.
