European Roofing Systems Limited ("ERS") prides itself on the expertise of its staff and workforce. The company is split into several distinct departments with each department having an experienced head whom is empowered to make unilateral decisions without reference to the Board. This delegation of authority accelerates the decision making process and is especially important during the build phase of a contract where time is a critical issue.

ERS has a proven working relationship with the construction teams of several major contractors and the majority of leading material suppliers. In addition ERS are often consulted by construction professionals for their opinion and advice on a wide range of roofing and cladding problems.

To guard against complacency, all staff, including Directors, are sent on regular training courses at the company's expense. We believe that the level of expertise available in-house at ERS will stand favourable comparison with any similar sized construction company within the UK and would welcome the opportunity to prove this point to any interested party.
