The application of a lightweight double skin site assembled Kalzip roof system on an asymetrical curved roof structure and aluminium faced composite wall panels with a rockfibre core. The building is located on a confined university campus.

The building had to be constructed to achieve the highest possible sustainable design targets.

This project was a refurbishment to an existing listed building (an old railway engine storage building).

An array of complicated roof specifications including ballasted membrane, acoustic membrane and DSSA metal systems were applied to numerous seperate roof areas.
