European Roofing Systems Limited ("ERS") has specialised in undertaking Design & Build ("D&B") contracts since it's inception in 1993. ERS believes that a D&B contract is the correct approach when meeting complex roofing and cladding challenges in the construction industry.

Our attitude has always been one of cooperation with the client, the contractor, the professional advisors and our suppliers to ensure the most efficient solution is obtained prior to the contract's commencement and to quickly resolve issues as and when they arise during the build phase. This partnering approach, whilst not unique to ERS, enables our experienced staff to have the maximum input into the design phase of the contract. We can analyse the suitability of the selected materials to ensure optimum performance for each individual building and we understand the implications of using preferred materials on the overall building concept.

D&B is no longer a radical new approach in respect of new build but rather the sensible option for a client with a building that has one or more unusual features.

ERS has the experience and the expertise to contribute an enormous amount to any D&B project and would welcome the opportunity to prove this point to any interested party.

All our works are carried out in accordance with our job specific method statements and risk assessments.

Wherever possible at design stage ERS promote the use of environmentally friendly materials which can be recycled.
