As most forms of contract are now design & build it has become critical for the main contractor and client to have certainty that the selected product will give optimum performance and long term durability.

This has become the responsibility of the sub-contractor who must now have technical resources integrated with experience to realise whether the product is economical, fit for purpose and use effective, safe site construction techniques.

European Roofing Systems Limited has now developed a proven reputation to give an assured roof and wall cladding experience to a range of challenging contracts.



ROOFS Site Assembled Metal ERS has extensive experience using secret fix and exposed fix outer weathering skins in site assembled systems. Respected Kalzip contractor on prestigious contracts such as Rochdale Infirmary, Devonshire Building (Newcastle University), Travel Lodge in Newcastle, Virgin Active in Solihull Approved Eurclad SF500 contractor All leading trapezoidal & sinusoidal profiles including structural decks & lining tray systems



Composite Metal Secret fix and exposed fix composite roof panels including Wards and Kingspan.



Single Ply Membrane Registered approved Sarnafil roofing contractor with vast experience of fixing to all types of alternative substrate. Current contracts in progress include 10,000m2 & 15,000m2 projects.


EXTERNAL WALL ELEVATIONS


Composite Panels Most of ERS contracts involve standard modular panels including Wards, Kingspan, Hoesch and Euroclad. ERS is also approved to complete contracts using bi-modular panels. Our acknowledged reputation was supported by recent research between Wards & ERS to conclude with a TENOS report - composite panels in actual fire conditions.



Double Skin Site Assembled A system is usually selected on elevations for enhancing profiles to give architectural features. Examples: Louvred profiles to RVI, Newcastle and Cinemas at various locations. Sinusoidal profile at the National Ice Centre, Sheffield. Trapezoidal profiles on conventional elevations.



Rainscreens Approved contractor for the application of ceramic and metal rainscreen systems with adjustable secondary support metalwork. Metal rainscreens at Siemens, Newcastle and Grundfos, Sunderland. Ceramic system at RVI, Newcastle.



RAINWATER GOODS We consider this a critical area of consideration. ERS provide a gutter design service integrated with conventional or siphonic rainwater pipework concepts. All ERS internal gutter profiles carry a minimum 10 year guarantee. Approved for all leading external gutter profile manufacturers. Recently completed contracts using siphonic drainage include New College Durham and RVI Newcastle. Typical conventional external pipework includes polyester powder coated aluminium, pre-coated steel and PVC.
